Good afternoon! This is the second year we have been using Transfer Italy services. Transfer from Bologna to Brunico was ordered from another company as they offered a lower price. And of course then regretted)). First, the driver arrived an hour late (since we didn't have to go to the airport), second, the driver didn't speak either Russian or English, and third, he drove from Bolonia to Verona on free roads. The trip was very tiring. So when it was necessary to return from Brunico to the airport - we did not hesitate to call Leonid and ordered a return transfer from him. We ordered a transfer from Marco Polo to Lido di Jesolo and back. Leonid met, helped and comfortably drove. On the way, we discussed the return transfer and Leonid offered a very good option. Since the departure from the hotel is at 10 am, and the flight is at 20.30, we decided to go to Venice and Leonid offered to leave our suitcases in the car and pick us up in the evening at the agreed time at the airport. Traveled with the family in February from Verona to Canazei and back , ordered minivan transfer. We were met very quickly ( at the airport with a sign), the car is very comfortable - we and all our things were perfectly placed in the car ( we went with our skis). Very intelligent professional drivers. We used a child seat - very comfortable ( child 1.10), which is nice - we didn't pay for the chair separately. Svetlana was always in touch for any questions - I pulled her on every question, ordering a transfer and then. Svetlana! Special thanks for your efficiency and patience!!! Great service! Reasonable prices! Last year we flew to the Dolomites and agreed on a comprehensive transfer-we arrived at different times during the day in Venice and while waiting for a friend we wanted to watch the channels without snowboards behind our backs-Leonid organized everything and then took us to the place of rest. The car was a new Mercedes minibus (we ordered economy). I want to note that the prices are much lower than those of Get transfer and Kiwi taxi Thank you to Transferitaly and its staff!
