Ortisei is a ski resort that's considered to be one of the lowest in the Val Gardena valley. Until the beginning of the 20th century this part of the country was belonging to Austria. That's why Ortisei kept its non-official Austrian name Sankt Ulrich. This resort is among the top most visited places in the Val Gardena valley. Because of its relatively low location and amount of simple ski runs this place is perfect for vacationers with children and beginners.
A season in Ortisei usually starts in December and lasts until mid-April. The main entertainments here are skiing and snowboarding.

Unfortunately, you can't reach Bolzano airport directly from Russia. You need to arrive at Venice or Verona first, and then make a transfer to Bolzano. Or you can take a bus or a train instead.
Bolzano and Ortisei are connected with bus routes, it's also possible to take a taxi. Bus schedules and ticket fares are available on www.flixbus.ru.
